If you like apartments with a little personality, this 2-bedroom is worth a look. Located in a 100+ year-old building, this apartment has the kind of character you just don't get in newer construction, including high ceilings and a unique layout with plenty of charm.

The apartment offers two bedrooms and a comfortable living space, with its older details giving it a feel that's a little different from the typical apartment. An ornamental, non-functioning fireplace adds a level of flare that can be hard to find.

Heat is paid! Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity.

If you're looking for something with character rather than a cookie-cutter apartment, come take a look.
